RS Zest Parts

Mast-up sail and mast sock style cover.

RS Zest forward rudder bushing. Outside diameter: 20mm, inside diameter: 8.5mm, length: 25mm. This bushing is slightly longer than the aft bushing, whose part number is 480-560.

Rudder Head ('C' Shaped Part) for the RS Zest. Does not include rudder blade, kick up handle, tiller, or extension.

Spring for the mast gate release button on the RS Zest. This spring forces the mast gate release button back into place when the mast gate collar is fully closed. The part number for the mast gate release button is ZES-HF-901.

Mast gate arm for the RS Zest. Secures the mast once stepped. Rotate the arm counter clockwise/to starboard until the mast gate button locks into place.

Mast Deck Plate Assembly for the RS Zest. Receives the mast collar when stepping the mast. Attached to the hull using 5x screws, whose part number is FIX-B6-C50.

Lower mast collar for the RS Zest. Slides into the Mast Deck Plate Assembly when stepping the mast. The part number for the assembly is ZES-HF-200.

Mast boom collar for the RS Zest. Used to attach the boom endboard end fitting/gooseneck, and therefore the boom, to the mast. The part number for the boom end fitting is FEV-SP-911.

RS Zest bow eye bolt. Attach with washer and Nyloc M8 nut, whose part numbers are FIX-W8-002 and FIX-N8-008, respectively.

Batten set for the RS Zest main sail. Includes 3 battens. The part number for the main sail is ZES-SA-100.
