USODA Nationals - July 18th - 24th
West Coast Sailing is here to support Optimist sailors from around the country during the 2022 USODA Nationals. We will have daily opportunities to deliver Will Call orders right to the event site each morning before racing, so you can access our entire inventory with convenient delivery. Here is our schedule:
- Tuesday, July 19th - On Site Retail + Will Call Pickup* 9am-11am
- Wednesday, July 20th - Will Call Pickup 9am-10am
- Thursday, July 21st - Will Call Pickup* 8am-9:30am
- Friday, July 22nd - Will Call Pickup* 8am-9:30am
- Saturday, July 23rd - Will Call Pickup* 8am-9:30am

WIND Regatta - July 16-17
West Coast Sailing is excited to welcome Opti and Laser/ILCA sailors to the Gorge for the famous WIND Clinic and WIND Regatta. Our team is here to support you (or your sailors) via delivery of will call orders, and providing last minute gear and replacement parts via our on site retail display. Our fully stocked warehouse is only 45 minutes from Cascade Locks and we have multiple opportunities to have product delivered right to the race site. Please see our schedule and additional information on placing will call delivery orders below.

Need Something ASAP? We're 45 mins away in Portland!
Things happen on the water. Equipment fails. Gear is lost. If you need something during the week between our scheduled retail and will call delivery times, you are welcome to visit our shop in Portland, just 45 minutes from Cascade Locks and conveniently located off I-5, with the largest inventory of dinghy sailing gear you'll find anywhere in the country. Call in advance and we can have your gear ready for pickup. If there are multiple needs from multiple sailors, we will consider additional trips out to the Gorge to drop off orders. This will be case by case pending staff availability.

Will Call Delivery - How To Order
There are multiple opportunities through the week to have product delivered right to the race site via our Will Call service. On the dates indicated above, our staff will drive our van out to the Boat Park at the beginning of the day so that you can pick up orders placed the previous day.

Order by 4pm the day prior to the Will Call drop off date to include your order in the delivery! Schedule is provided above. Online orders are not included in this service. Please call (or email) to confirm all will call orders and ensure they are delivered on the right date.
On Site Event Retail
In addition to our Will Call service, our full pop up retail display will be available on the first day of the WIND Clinic, Monday July 11th and the first day of the WIND Regatta, Saturday July 16th. You can find our van just past the entrance to the marine park site, to the right along the railroad tracks.
