Our Portland, Oregon store is located at 709 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97217. Our retail store is open by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm. During the sailing season (April- September) we also accept Saturday appointments between 9am and 5pm. You can schedule your appointment below. If you need help outside of these hours, you can reach our team by phone or email, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Our retail showroom space can accommodate two to four people at a time, so there may be a short wait if we are helping another customer when you arrive. The good news is that you will have a personal one-on-one shopping experience with a sailing (or kayak) expert!
You can also shop online and select Will Call at checkout to pick up items from our store between the hours of 10-3, Mon-Fri. Will call pickups are welcome without an appointment during these hours. If you’d like to buy some additional items while picking up your will call order we encourage you to make an appointment for best service. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed or give us a call if you need your order urgently. All products for sale on our website are available for in store pickup, but any items which are out of stock at the time you place your order may have additional lead times. Our team will reach out to you with our best estimate of a likely pick up date.
For customers wishing to buy a new boat or kayak, walk-in customers are welcome 10-3 Mon-Fri, but for the best experience we recommend making an appointment.
