Description
One piece headstay wire for the Thistle sailboat made from 1x19 stainless wire with stainless fittings. Also known as the NWOD (Northwest One Design) style as found in boats built in Portland, Oregon from 2000, this headstay has an aircraft fork on the lower end that is designed to go all the way through the rail and connect directly via the fork to a Ronstan turnbuckle attached directly to the lever. THIS IS NOT THE PIGTAIL / THREADED VERSION (see notes below).

NOTE - This is NOT the "Pigtail" style forestay, where the threaded end goes to a turnbuckle that in turn attaches to a short pigtail that goes through the rail to a lever. The exactly length of these varies by boat and therefore not an orderable item online. Please contact us if you need a pigtail / threaded style forestay for your Thistle and are able to share exactly lengths and/or mail in your wire for replication.

Please contact our team right away if there is an issue with your product. Except in the event of production error on the part of West Coast Sailing, refunds for rigging products inadvertently returned to us will not be refunded. West Coast Sailing may elect to issue Store Credit for the value of the product in select circumstances. When in doubt, contact our team first.

Returns Info: Your 100% satisfaction is our goal - we want you to love your sailing gear, but if something doesn't work out, we accept returns on most new, unused items*. Returns can be made within 366 days (1 year + 1 day) of your original order date. Exceptions include (and are not limited to) cut line, Rig Shop products, special order items, numbered sailors, and items used or worn sailing.
