RS Aero Parts

Upgraded tiller extension for hte RS Aero. Includes a 1.05m tiller extension (3'5"), made with Pro-Ex CPX Carbon Fiber. Supplied with the standard Selden Universal Joint (CA0015).

Tiller Extension for the RS Aero.

Carbon Tiller for the RS Aero. Comes with all fittings, decals, and a spare universal joint, whose part number is CA0015.

Complete Rudder Head for the RS Aero. Includes Rudder Head, Tiller, and Tiller Extension.

Rudder Blade for the RS Aero. Comes pre-drilled with holes for both rudder bushings and centerline hole for downhaul line. Part numbers for the rudder bushings are: AER-FO-901 and AER-FO-902.

Bushing through the rudder which is used to secure the rudder blade to the rudder head on the RS Aero. Attach to the rudder head with screw and nut, whose part numbers are FIX-B6-40 and FIX-N6-006, respectively.

The rudder downhaul line for the RS Aero. This line passes through the pre-drilled hole in the rudder centerline and is knotted off through this bushing, providing leverage. (Gives the rudder downhaul line something to pull against).

This is the plastic insert at the rear of the daggerboard case. It provides a buffer between the daggerboard and the rear of the case.

The RS Aero has a vertical daggerboard for ease of use. The daggerboard is of a glass/carbon construction from CNC milled tooling, to a modern section developed successfully to reduce downwind drag whilst still generating enough lift upwind...
