West Coast Sailing offers a full range of one design running rigging and custom solutions for the J/24 including halyards, sheets, and control lines, designed with input from top sailors in the fleet and expertly assembled by the riggers in our Rig Shop.
J/24 Spinnaker Halyards
Our J/24 Spinnaker Halyards are available in lengths and configurations that are perfect for cleating on the mast ('Mast Cleat') or for cleating further back on the cabin top with a cleat/clutch ('Led Aft') -- just choose which one you need. Most halyards include a snap shackle at one end (Ronstan RF6110), with the other end whipped for durability. These are available in either Endura Braid or Admiral 5000, two high performance options. Our club/economy option is a tie on style (no shackle) and whipped at both ends for durability.

J/24 Main Halyards

Both styles are available with or without a Wichard halyard shackle and have a reeving eye on the tail for easy installation. Select V-100 options for High Performance applications and Sta-Set for Mid Range Performance.

J/24 Jib Halyards

All configurations are spliced to a snap shackle at the working end, and have a reeving eye on the tail for easy installation. J/24 Spinnaker Sheets
Our J/24 Spinnaker Sheets are made with line that features a Dyneema or a blended Dyneema core. This ensures a lightweight and strong sheet, with both ends whipped for durability and core secured to the cover preventing no-load movement. Spinnaker sheets are sold individually, so order two for a complete set.

Our J/24 Mainsheet is available in several different types of line, in all cases, both ends of these mainsheets are whipped for durability. Both options are a Dyneema blend for minimal stretch and considered High Performance.

J/24 Genoa Sheets
All of our J/24 Genoa Sheets have hard wearing polyester covers and feature end whips for top-flight durability. Designed to be attached to the sail in a 'luggage tag' manner, with the center of the sheet looping through the clew of the sail. This will leave you with two equal lengths sheet that are long enough for cross sheeting.

J/24 8:1 Vang Lines
The 8:1 J/24 boom vang consists of two lines. The 2:1 Cascade is AmSteel Blue with an eye splice on each end. You can luggage tag one end to the mast bail and attach the other to the “floating” fiddle after passing it through the singe block on the boom bail. The Purchase line is 5/16 inch (8mm) with an eye splice on one end (attached to the becket on the lower fiddle block) and a end whip on the other end. Both lines are available here:
